Unhoused (bare) 1x64 PLC splitter for high-split PON architectures including XGS-PON and NG-PON2, where up to 64 subscribers can be served from a single optical line terminal (OLT) port. This splitter offers the highest port count in the bare splitter family, with insertion loss ≤20.5 dB typical. The splitter divides the input signal into 64 outputs, each receiving approximately 1.56% of the input power. The bare form factor allows integration into large enclosures, central office frames, and outdoor cabinets. The PLC chip is fabricated with advanced silica-on-silicon technology to achieve low loss and excellent uniformity across all outputs (≤2.5 dB). Pigtails are G.657.A1 bend-insensitive fiber. This splitter is essential for next-generation PON deployments where network operators maximize split ratios to reduce OLT port costs.
