Power Meters

Handheld optical power meter for measuring fiber optic signal loss and absolute power levels in field and lab environments. The meter is calibrated at 6–8 key wavelengths (850, 1300, 1310, 1490, 1550, 1625nm) covering multimode and single-mode applications, including PON (1490nm downstream, 1550nm video) and CWDM/DWDM testing. The measurement range of -70 to +10 dBm accommodates everything from very weak signals (long-haul after many km) to strong local sources. The large backlit LCD displays power in dBm or dB (relative loss) with 0.01dB resolution. Interchangeable connector adapters (SC, FC, LC, ST) snap onto the optical input port, allowing quick adaptation to different patch cord types. The meter is powered by AA batteries (alkaline or rechargeable) with 100+ hours of operation, and an auto-off feature preserves battery life. This power meter is an essential tool for fiber optic certification, link loss measurement, and troubleshooting by installation crews and network maintenance teams.
