Empty Fiber Access Terminal with 1 input and 8 output ports, designed for custom splitter or direct termination configurations. The higher port count supports serving more subscribers from a single terminal, making it ideal for multi-dwelling unit (MDU) floors, small business parks, or dense FTTH distribution points. The empty configuration allows the installer to field-install a 1x8 PLC splitter (bare or with connectors), or to use the terminal as a straight pass-through splicing point for 8 individual drops. The enclosure includes a splice tray holder (up to 2 trays), a splitter mounting bracket (for bare or cased splitters), and ample space for slack storage. The UV-resistant polymer housing is weather-sealed (IP65 or IP68) for outdoor pole or wall mounting. This empty FAT is the choice of network operators who maintain their own component inventory and require flexibility.
