High-density 24-core Mini ADSS cable for aerial installations requiring significant fiber counts in a compact, all-dielectric form factor. This cable is ideal for distribution-level routes feeding multiple neighborhoods, for small central office interconnects, or for redundant ring architectures where 24 fibers provide both working and protection paths. The 24 fibers are typically arranged in three loose tubes of 8 fibers each, or four tubes of 6 fibers each, all surrounding a central FRP strength member. Aramid yarns provide the primary tensile strength for self-supporting aerial spans up to 100 meters. The anti-tracking PE sheath is formulated for resistance to electrical surface discharge, allowing safe installation on power poles with voltages up to 110 kV. Despite the higher fiber count, the cable remains compact (approximately 10–12mm diameter) to minimize wind and ice loading. Each fiber is 100% tested for attenuation (1310nm and 1550nm) and continuity before leaving the factory.
