30m Steel Strap

This high-tensile steel strapping coil provides 30 meters of continuous strap for securing cables, reinforcing poles, and bundling heavy equipment in telecom and utility applications. Manufactured from high-carbon steel with carefully controlled carbon content (0.45–0.60%), the strap offers excellent tensile strength while maintaining sufficient elongation (3–8%) to absorb shock loads without brittle failure. The 30-meter length is ideal for medium-scale projects: pole reinforcement requiring multiple wraps, bundling cable bundles of 50–100 meters, or securing equipment pallets for transport. Choose from three widths (12mm, 16mm, or 19mm) to match your tension requirements and buckle/seal compatibility. The blue oxidized finish provides moderate corrosion resistance for indoor or temporary outdoor use, while galvanized finish (hot-dip or electro-galvanized) offers superior protection for permanent outdoor installations. The strap coils are wound on fiberboard cores for easy dispensing, with the coil edge protected to prevent operator cuts during unspooling.
