For large-scale cable securing and pole reinforcement projects, this extended-length 50-meter high-tensile steel strapping coil reduces joints and waste on long runs. The longer length is ideal for continuous lashing along 50-meter cable spans, wrapping multiple poles in a row without respooling, or securing oversized equipment loads. The high-carbon steel formulation delivers tensile strength up to 1,200 N/mm², making it suitable for the most demanding tension applications including guy wire backup, transmission tower reinforcement, and pipeline bundling. Available in widths up to 25mm and thicknesses from 0.5 to 0.8mm, the strap can be selected to match specific buckle, seal, and tooling compatibility. The galvanized finish is recommended for permanent outdoor installations where exposure to rain, humidity, or salt spray is expected. The coil is securely wound on a heavy-duty fiber or plastic core, with edge conditioning to minimize handling injuries. Certifications include ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing quality and compliance with ASTM D3953 (steel strapping standard).
