These general-purpose cable tension clamps provide a reliable, field-adjustable method for securing and tensioning wires, fiber cables, and utility lines. Unlike permanent crimp connections, these reusable clamps allow for tension adjustment, repositioning, or removal without damaging the cable sheathing. The wedge-style design uses a tapered wedge that compresses the cable against the clamp body as tension increases—self-tightening under load. Bolt-type designs use one or two compression bolts to clamp the cable directly. The clamp body and hardware are manufactured from galvanized steel (standard outdoor) or stainless steel (marine or corrosive environments), with smooth interior surfaces and optional rubber inserts to protect sensitive cable jackets such as ADSS fiber or drop cables. Suitable for messenger wires, guy wires, ADSS fiber slack storage, and temporary tensioning during cable pulling operations. Working load capacities range from 200 kg for light distribution lines to 800 kg for heavy messenger wires.
