The cable is ideal for top-of-rack architectures in data centers, providing low-latency, low-power, low-cost connectivity for 25G Ethernet ports. The passive design consumes no power and adds zero latency. The cable uses 28 AWG twinax with precision impedance control and shielding. It is compliant with SFF-8431 Rev 4.0 and SFF-8402. This 3m length is suitable for in-rack connections and adjacent-rack connections.
