Full Body Harness
Engineered for linemen, tower technicians, and rope access professionals, this full body harness provides comprehensive fall protection and work positioning capabilities for all work-at-height scenarios. Unlike half-body belts, the full body harness distributes fall arrest forces across the shoulders, chest, legs, and pelvis, significantly reducing the risk of injury during a fall event. The harness is ideal for tower climbing, wind turbine maintenance, bridge work, construction, and any application where a fall hazard exists. The high-tenacity nylon webbing (polyester core) forms the structural backbone, with load-rated stitching (minimum 5,000 lb tensile) at all stress points. Padded shoulder straps (15mm closed-cell foam) and leg straps (10mm foam) provide all-day comfort without restricting movement. A dorsal (rear) D-ring serves as the primary fall arrest attachment point, while sternal (chest) and side D-rings enable work positioning and ladder climbing. Quick-connect buckles (aluminum or steel) on the chest and legs allow for rapid donning and doffing, even while wearing gloves. The harness includes multiple adjustable straps for a custom fit across a wide range of body sizes, and adjustable lanyard keepers manage excess webbing. Meets or exceeds OSHA 1926.502, ANSI Z359.11, and CSA Z259.10 standards for full body harnesses. Optional load indicators on the dorsal D-ring provide visual confirmation of fall impact, signaling when the harness must be removed from service.
