Unlike split leather or synthetic boots, full-grain leather retains the strongest outer layer of the hide, offering exceptional abrasion resistance, water resistance, and breathability that improves over time. The boots feature Goodyear welt construction—a traditional method where the upper, lining, and insole are stitched to a leather welt, then cemented to the outsole. This allows the boots to be resoled multiple times, extending service life far beyond disposable boots. The steel toe cap provides 200-joule impact protection, while the steel midsole guards against punctures. The heat-resistant rubber outsole maintains grip on hot surfaces up to 300°C, ideal for asphalt work, foundries, or utility work near transformers. The moisture-wicking lining keeps feet dry during long shifts, and the padded collar reduces chafing.
