The Tenda 16-Port Gigabit Switch (model S116G or TEG1016D) is a rackmountable, unmanaged switch providing 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports for small to medium business networks. It features a non-blocking switching capacity of 32 Gbps, enabling simultaneous Gigabit speed on all ports. The metal housing (1U, 19-inch rackmount) includes rack ears for standard rack installation, or can be placed on a desktop. The fanless design ensures silent operation, making it suitable for open office environments. All ports support Auto-MDI/MDIX, auto-negotiation, and IEEE 802.3x flow control. Jumbo frame support (up to 9K bytes) improves large file transfer performance. Energy Efficient Ethernet (EEE) reduces power consumption during low traffic periods. This switch is ideal for connecting servers, workstations, IP cameras (HD), and other network devices requiring high bandwidth.
