2U Cable Organizer (Horizontal Cable Manager, High Capacity)
The 2U horizontal cable organizer provides double the height (3.5 inches / 89mm) of a 1U unit, offering significantly higher cable capacity and larger finger openings for thicker cable bundles. This is ideal for high-density patching environments where large numbers of Cat6 patch cords, fiber patch cables, or thicker copper cables must be managed. The 2U height allows for deeper finger channels (typically 80-100mm) and more finger pairs (7-9 pairs), accommodating dense cabling without exceeding bend radius limits. The open finger design with removable covers allows easy cable insertion and changes. The organizer is constructed from high-impact ABS plastic (flame-retardant UL94 V-0) or heavy-gauge steel. Includes mounting hardware for 19-inch racks. Often used in data center main distribution areas (MDA) or telecommunication rooms (TR) with high cable densities.
