Cat6 RJ45 pass-through connectors (also known as EZ-RJ45 or feed-through connectors) feature an open-front design that allows each wire to pass completely through the connector body and exit at the front. This revolutionary design enables technicians to visually confirm the correct T568A or T568B color sequence and the precise wire insertion depth before crimping. After verification, the pass-through crimping tool simultaneously crimps all contacts and trims the protruding wire ends flush with the connector face. This eliminates the need for precise length cutting before insertion and reduces termination errors by up to 80%. The connector maintains Cat6-rated performance with staggered pin contacts to reduce crosstalk, and the clear polycarbonate body provides full visibility of the wire arrangement. A separate load bar ensures proper pair separation and maintains the critical twist rate up to the termination point. Suitable for 23-24 AWG solid or stranded conductors.
