Cat6 RJ45 pass through metallic connectors combine the termination speed and error-reduction benefits of pass-through design with the EMI/RFI protection of a shielded connector. The zinc alloy or nickel-plated brass housing provides 360° continuous shielding, while the open front allows wires to pass through for visual verification before crimping. This design is ideal for industrial environments, data centers, and outdoor installations where both termination efficiency and electromagnetic protection are required. The metallic housing includes a termination point for the cable's drain wire or foil shield, ensuring a continuous ground path. The connector features staggered gold-plated contacts for Cat6 performance (250 MHz) and includes a load bar for proper pair separation. A shielded strain relief boot is included. When used with a pass-through crimping tool, the flush-cut blade trims the wires during the crimping cycle. Suitable for 23-24 AWG shielded Cat6 cable (STP/FTP) with an outer diameter of 6.0-7.5mm.
